1. RESERVATIONS

The user should carefully read the details provided related to the tariff charged, before completing the booking process. Any special needs will have to be communicated at the time of booking.

2. CANCELLATIONS

Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email).
After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and receive a refund of 50% the price per night and the cleaning fee.

3. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Arrival time/Check-in: 16:00 – 22:00
Departure/Check-out: 08:00 – 11:00
